Cave Spring Rescue Squad has been serving Cave Spring and surrounding areas of Roanoke County, Virginia for more than 65 years providing pre-hospital EMS care with professionally trained volunteers. We answer 1,400+ calls per year as well as provide EMS support for community events. Our members range from 16 to 70 years of age, come from all walks of life and careers, and serve on duty teams that operate once a week.
